Mr Khashane Motloutsi
General Manager

Khashane Motloutsi is the Co-founder and General Manager of Zartner Technology. He is responsible for defining the vision behind the organisation as well as ensuring that the organisations growth is in line with its vision and core values. As an Information Technology graduate, Khashane started his career in Operations and gradually moved into Project Management at First National Bank. Khashane also holds an Advanced Diploma in Project Management with Cranefield College.

Khashane has worked on numerous strategic Infrastructure Projects within the bank ranging from Telco Service Connectivity to Network Re-engineering and relocation. Khashane is responsible for ensuring that Zartner grows in an organic manner without compromising its vision and values. He is responsible for the conceptualization of new own-product initiatives as well the management of all company projects. Khashane is also responsible for talent acquisition and the day to day steering of the organization. On his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, traveling, spending time at the gym and working on his personal development.

Maxwell
Mr Maxwell Maake
Technical Implementations Manager

Maxwell Maake is a Co-founder and Technical Implementations Manager at Zartner Technology, and is responsible for general software development, solutions architecture and strategic decision making at the company. An experienced mobile, web and desktop applications developer, team lead, software architect and microsoft technologies enthusiast. Maxwell Maake is an analytical thinker, a self-driven and motivated person. With a B.Sc degree in Computer Science, Maxwell is also a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer and a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Team-work, commitment, loyalty, respect and confidence are what drive him. He likes challenges and always goes the extra mile to find solutions. "Working as a Software consultant requires not only an analytical and problem-solving mindset, but also being a great team player. This is where I excel and have proved it by working on and successfully completing various projects with different teams across different technologies. ", Maxwell said. On a good day, you will find Maxwell busy coding on his laptop. On an average day, you will find him reading up on new technologies or engaging on the best technologies available on the market. Occasionally you will find him on the golf course.

Mr Phathuxolo Mboyiyana
Research and Development Manager

Phathuxolo Mboyiyana is a co-founder of Zartner Technology and Research and Development Manager he is responsible for new developments and the conceptualization of future ones. With a vast knowledge in a variety programming languages and tools he finds himself looking into the latest technologies in order to prototype and implement cutting edge software solutions. Holding a Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from the University of Kwazulu Natal he has worked for one of the leading financial institutes as a software developer. Having been a Chess Champion in his younger days he has since converted the skill for use in analysis of all future innovative solutions and in-house initiatives.

Larry
Mr Larry Kgatle
Public Relations Manager

Larry is a highly experienced Public Relations manager who has more than four years of experience in the corporate sector in a variety of positions specializing in Internal and External communications, social media management, crisis communications planning, crisis communications response and crisis recovery as well as media relations and marketing communications.

Larry engages in the development and execution of effective strategic and tactical plans for external and internal communications. He’s a graduate of the University of Limpopo and has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies. Larry’s past experience includes working with National Film and Video Foundation, South African Film and Television Awards, Ithuba Holdings (The New Lottery Operator), Limpopo Office of the Premier and MultiChoice Africa Corporate Affairs. On his spare time, he enjoys chilling with friends on outdoor activities, playing Playstation, spending time with family and reading industry news.

Mr Mxolisi Sibeko
Software Development

Bio:

Mxolisi is an IT graduate with a National Diploma in Information Technology. Studied at Vaal University of Technology majoring in Software Development. He mostly listens to house music if he is not coding. Mxolisi also likes to play soccer. His favorite superhero is Tony Stark (Iron Man), and he likes how Stark works when solving problems and his “suit of powered armor”.

Mxolisi is passionate, dedicated, and self-motivated. He is keen to learn, with attention to every opportunity to utilize his skills, learn new or advance his skill set. Mxolisi works independently and also within a team. He enjoys to work with the Microsoft technology stack, because it’s that great and C# has been his favorite programming language since final year at university.

Olwethu
Ms Olwethu Mpayise
Software Development

Bio: Ms Olwethu Mpayise graduated from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in 2014. She is originally from Flagstaff in the Eastern Cape. Olwethu is a dedicated hardworker and loves people but she is also introverted. Olwethu is always open to learning new things in the software development space as she believes that it necessary in order for her to remain relevant. Her hobbies are coding and reading inspirational books, and she is a devoted Christian.

Bio: Evans is a graduate from university of Johannesburg in the field of Information Technology, He is a competent and committed software/web developer using new technologies. Evans is a Microsoft certified professional and Microsoft certified solutions associate. Evans is interested in business systems that enables corporate departments to work with ease and archive objectives with limited constrains. This include but not limited to providing support, improving current process and applications, bridging a gap between business and IT. Evans loves watching movies as it helps him to learn more about what technology can do.

Mojalefa
Mr Mojalefa Molefe
Creative Design

Bio: Born and bred in Boksburg (Dawn Park ext. 8, Ekurhuleni, East Johannesburg). Mojalefa comes from an artistic background, from thought stimuli to growing up being surrounded by painters and sketch artists in his family. Mojalefa’s hobbies are playing video games, creating music, watching movies and series on weekends, enjoying a meal with family and friends, learning Design/Animation and programming (C# and action script) and just being himself and entertaining folks.

Kajal
Ms Kajal Ramjee
Communications and Marketing

Bio:

Kajal holds a degree in Strategic corporate communication and has currently completed studying her honours in this course. She describes herself as someone who can be super fun, enthusiastic and a highly-motivated person who is not afraid of a challenge. A person who dedicates themselves to a task and brings creativeness and quality work to the table.

Things that Kajal likes to do in her spare time includes a variety of things. When the weather is good and my timetable is free you would find her hiking on short trails. When the weekend is mellow and she is in the mood to relax you’d find her growing Basil and reading books from Harry Potter to the Six Suspects (Yes, she is a huge Harry Potter fan – always). She lives to work hard and play harder. That’s Kajal in a nutshell.
